General Terms

Bark Avenue may decline the business of walking a dog deemed unsuitable. This may include large, very strong, or aggressive dogs.
Bark Avenue accepts no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the owner's property if any other person has access to the property.
Bark Avenue will keep safe and confidential all keys, remote-control entry devices, access codes and personal information of the owner and will return them to the owner as required.
Bark Avenue will take every reasonable precaution to ensure your dog's safety on the walk. We shall not be liable for any mishap which may befall a dog before, during and after the walk.
In the event of an emergency, Bark Avenue shall contact the owner at the numbers provided to confirm the owner's choice of action.
Failure to pay accounts in a timely manner will result in cancellation of services.
